Features and Applications Update

Yes, today I have finished arranging and designing everything for our Portal Page, and it is now officially activated!

The portal is where all the other miscellaneous forum widgets goes, and it's where we display several products that we sell from the Forum Market, specifically the Avatars and Signatures product. The BatLevel feature is a renamed feature of Forumotion's reputation bar feature. Here's how it works: In each post you will now find a plus and minus button. If you find a post in a topic that is most good, relevant, and agreeable, you can click the plus on the post. That will give the member who posted that post one point on their BatLevel. You can also take it away by clicking the minus button. Now, if your post has been clicked with plus, and you've gotten yourself a point on your BatLevel, you will be able to see a Thank You button. As a side feature to our new Forum Market section, we are now adding new fields for your profiles. It's still in development, so it may take time for it to fully activate.

I started off with a new Status Update field. You can modify it on your profile and it will show up on your mini profile in your posts. It's like your own mini Twitter or Facebook! xD

I have planned other fields to be added, such as the pets feature, stickers and badges...

Thought I'd make a catchy name for this feature. BatPoints. xD

BatPoints are points that you gain from posting, creating topics, profile messages, profile friends, and even just by staying here.

You earn 1 point for each post and 3 points for each topic you create. But I made an exception for the Fan Creations section. You still get 1 point for each post, but for each topic, you can earn 5 points. This is to motivate members to create and post their fanworks in this forum.

Thaaaaaat's right! We now have a new attachment feature!

With this attachment feature, you can put up files from your computers, upload it and directly attach it with your message! There are MANY supported formats, from .jpeg to .zip, you can attach almost any kind of file right here!

Attachment feature is only available when you click the "Post Reply" button, not available with the quick reply. We have a total memory of 20 MB to contain attachments for this whole forum....
