Batman Vs Superman

This question old as time itself...or at least as old as DC comics itself. Who would win in a battle to the death between the Dark Knight Detective and The Man of Steel if they fought in...
The Batcave (Batman has a ten minuets heads up)
The Fortress of Solitude (Superman has ten minuets heads up)
Star City (for some reason out on the streets the two suddenly decide to fight)

No matter how hard he tries, Superman would lose. Batman could get his hands on the little green rock that I know the name to but can't spell. It's a 3 Doors Down song.

Well don't forget that Superman is still vulnerable to magic and in JLU and STAS he can't breath in space. So technically if Batman could someone attach Superman to the Bat Rocket (which can reach speeds of mach 6) and shoot him into space....
