Ok so this is how it works, someone says a word, then what even letter it ends with is the letter your word must start with. Try not to use the same words twice. Trust me, turtle and elephant over and over again is just boring.
Example Time:

Person 1: Cat
Person 2: Torn
Person 3 or 1: Night
