The Music Meister

Well, needless to say, he's awesome. Neil Patrick Harris did an awesome job voicing him. What do you guys think?

No doubt about it! He's an awsome villain even if he doesn't have much depth. Thats my only real problem with the character. He doesn't really have any backstory, but he's still one of my favorite t.v villains ever. It would be awsome if he made another appearence! Or if they brought him into the comics! Or if he made a...dare I say it, apearence in Batman 3? Okay, now I'm just day dreaming but think about it. Music Meister (still play by NPH) + Christopher Nolan =

Though I'm a big music fan, I have to say Music Mister isn't one of the best villians out there. Besides not really any back story, his songs were stuck in my head forever (Though that isn't a good reason), but his reason for turning into a bad guy was just because he was teased for being in choir. I just think it's a terrible reason and he'd have made one heck of a hero.

Yes, not that incredibly evil, but I have to point out that it IS not an original villain from a comic, therefore it doesn't have a complete backstory - which is, to me, kinda okay, because it's not comic based anyway. Most of the made-up villains don't have that much of a backstory. Even comic villains with long history don't really get their backstory shown that much.

His reason for turning bad ISN'T because he was teased. He sang,

"The bullies used to pick on me because I sang in choir,
But something very strange occured when I kept singing higher,
The ruffians around me quickly fell into a trance,
And it was then with wicked glee I made those puppet dance!"

...that explained HOW he discovered his powers. o_o

True, but read between the lines bud. To me it sounds like he used his powers for revenge. And that brings out the worest and best in people.

Wasn't there some musical villian in the comics? He had a violin and that, I thought that was the comic verison of MM.

His ability to make his victims dance as well also recalls the The Maestro, a villain who attacked both the original 1960's Justice League and the version of the group based in Detroit.

Or you may be thinking of the Music Master for the JL episode 'Legends'

He's a beautiful bastard, and will always be by favorite villain, no questions asked. I cannot think of any downside, besides the fact that hes got the hots for Dinah. THATS A REAL DOWNER, LET ME TELL YOU WHAT :I.
